Sorry, we do not accept returns for refunds.
We have a 30-day return for exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start your return for exchange, you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused with tags. You'll also need the proof of purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at email@example.com with your exchange request. If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue you a store credit for a future purchase and notify you once the item is restocked so you can purchase.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
